• Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, number of guests, stay dates and any special requests you share.
• Identity documents: government-issued photo ID (and, for international guests, passport, visa and Form C details) as required by Indian law at or before check-in.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and transaction reference, but we do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Messages: details you send us through WhatsApp, email or Instagram when you enquire about a stay.
• Technical data: basic information such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through standard web analytics and server logs.

3. How we use your information

• To process and confirm your booking, send payment links and share arrival details.
• To complete mandatory guest registration and police verification (including Form C for foreign nationals).
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support during your stay.
• To issue invoices, including GST invoices, and maintain financial records.
• To improve our website, content and guest experience.
• To protect the property, our team and other guests, and to comply with applicable law.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:

• Payment provider: Razorpay, to securely process your payment and any refunds.
• Authorities: local police, the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) and other government bodies where the law requires guest records to be submitted.
• Service providers: tools that help us run the website and communicate with you, such as hosting, analytics, Google (for maps and reviews) and messaging platforms.
• Legal reasons: where disclosure is required by law, court order or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Google reviews and third-party content

We display our Google rating and public guest reviews on this site using Google services. Those reviews are written and published by their authors on Google and are subject to Google's own privacy policy. Our pages may also link to Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp, which have their own privacy practices.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, and basic analytics to understand how visitors use it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site, such as the booking flow, work.

We keep booking and invoice records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal requirements. Guest identity records are retained for the period required by applicable regulations. Enquiry messages that do not result in a booking are kept only as long as necessary to respond to you.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure HTTPS connections and a PCI-compliant payment gateway. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
